2. Scope of services
The provider primarily offers school information systems and related IT services for schools, kindergartens and other organisations, such as systems for student records, payments, clubs, communication with parents and related solutions. The exact scope is always defined in an individual quote or agreement.
3. Contract formation
A contractual relationship between the provider and the client usually arises by:
- signing a written contract,
- accepting a quotation (e.g., by email),
- placing an order and its confirmation by the provider.
Browsing the website or submitting a non‑binding contact form does not constitute a contract.
4. Price and payment terms
The price is defined in the quotation, contract or the provider’s price list. Unless agreed otherwise, the price is payable based on an invoice with the due date stated on the invoice.
5. Rights and obligations
The provider undertakes to deliver services with professional care and within the agreed scope. The client undertakes to provide necessary cooperation (e.g., data, access) and to pay the agreed price.
6. Liability
The provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the services or their use contrary to recommendations. Liability may be contractually limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Personal data protection
Personal data processing is governed by Privacy Policy (GDPR).
8. Final provisions
These Terms may be reasonably amended in an individual contract between the provider and the client. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page.
